Good communication

Car was good, tires needed to be replaced, but otherwise rode good. The dealer I had however was an issue. I offered 4500 for the car plus all the fees. Wouldn't budge from the price. Said that the car price the dealership puts online is the price you pay and that the internet killed the negotiating game which is completely false. Car has also been on their website for well over a month. If you're gonna buy a used car from here, don't. They won't work with you on negotiating the price.

Mark from the dealership responded and I told him we are two hours away but we will be there between 10:30 and 11:30 and we definitely want the truck and he took my number and info and the time was set but when we got there after our two hour drive they sold it to someone else and we were on time. I even called in to confirm that we are on the way. They said they had nothing else comparable to the one we were looking at!! We will never buy from them and I would recommend no one else to buy from them either!
