Josh and Gerick were very friendly and accomodating. Car was well serviced, cleaned and ready for test drive. In general it was a good experience and I recommend this dealer.

They contacted me and followed up. The car was sold before I could see it. Very helpful communication with the dealership.

Wanted to force me into their financing when I already had my own financing at a much lower interest rate. Then told me I had to finance through them to purchase, then I can refinance with my bank. Poor customer relations when you could have a sale.

Overall very responsive and helpful. Price a little high relative to 2020 msrp, but ridiculously low miles, so I'm not complaining. When I had some uncertainty about tire/tread issues they were responsive and helpful, putting my mind at ease with proper documentation. Spending a pile of money is always stressful. Valerie, the salesperson, did a good job of managing my anxiety. Minimal pressure. The credit person, sorry I already forgot her name, was excellent, professional, kind, efficient, personable. and I did buy the truck.
