Ford dealerships near me (Baltimore, MD)

10/10 great place. Straight forward

The Team is very professional. A shout out to Adel.

My salesman was John and he bent over backwards to put my deal together as I was out of state. He was very accurate on his description and was spot on.returned phone calls promptly if it wasnt for John I wouldn’t own it he was a blessing,,,, HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM !!!!!!!!!

I felt like it was an early Christmas season buying a more recent vehicle with all the modern features that make me happy and comfortable with driving. I thank the dealership staff for their super awesome patience and understanding. I love the way it drives and so spacious leg room and carrying loads of personal items in the trunk is amazing. My purchase is above and beyond what I expected.

Great place

They are very friendly. They contact with me by phone . Unfortunately that car sold out.

Showed up from 3 hours away which they knew to a truck in pictures and videos that looked perfect but the truck was not perfect, dents in the door and fender, gauge in the bed and gunk in the door sill and various scratches . They had their dent guy coming in a week from the day I looked at it which is weird since they have had the truck for a month. Why is this not fixed or some honest pictures taken of the condition of a practically new truck. Tried to play the game of saying a lower price than what I think I’ll get and frank gets offended and didn’t want to work with me at all in the price, so I walked away from the truck that I would of speced myself if I was building it and a price I was willing to pay for the truck but from the dishonesty and attitude I received from frank I would never go back or make a deal with bob bell ford. What I get for looking at a gmc at a ford dealer

Car was ready, dealer wasn’t pushy and the deal got done. Thanks to everyone involved!

The salesman, Brandon Ballard, was very helpful. However, the car sold before we got to the dealership and I knew that could happen.
