I had a very nice experience with Mr. Abi. I called Golden State Auto and another dealership and expressed interest in a car ( different ones for the different dealership). Mr. Leroy at Golden State immediately replied to me and we set up an appointment. The purchase was easy in that what I offered as a down was accepted and my monthly note would be lower than I thought. It was the Presidents Weekend so Mr. Abi was able to have the gentlemen deliver my car to me at almost 11:00 pm that night so I wouldn’t go the long weekend without a car. Good experience

Horrible Experience, worked out a deal with Isaac. He sent me buyers order and I secured financing with my credit union. Stayed in contact with dealer the entire time. Once I received check and called to make arrangements to pickup vehicle. Finance manger called and said they wouldn't accept the cashiers check from the Credit Union. I told him I would get the fund from my bank Wells Fargo and was told don't fly up because he had made a deal to sale the car to someone else the next morning. I was out of my flight cost I had purchased and he yelled at me as if I had done something wrong when I had provided all information to sales guy and was told everything was good. I feel I got dupped and they never intended to sale me the vehicle. HE NEVER ONCE OFFER A SIMPLE APPOLOGY. Bad Business

After communicating over the phone and relaying to the sales Representative (Jesse Whittler) internet sales confirmed that the truck was a crew cab 4wd with a 6’ + bed we made our long trip to Folsom. When arriving he shows me two other 2023 Ram trucks with a 5’7” bed. I showed him the all the text and window sticker of the correct 2024 but had no understanding what happened. Definitely unprofessional and would never recommend this company.

The seller was very responsive in replying to my email query, and sent several follow-up emails to make sure that I knew who to address further questions with, or schedule a test drive with.

They said the car was very popular and that I needed to get in the car immediately to try and purchase it. When I said I was three hours away but would complete credit app and pay down payment and then come the next day to get the car, they said they only deal with people in person and hung up.

Terrible experience and would not recommend them I've been looking for my son a car he just graduated high school but until the cars paid I do not want it in his name.They said no problem they blow me up all day finally get approved and theu tell me to come in which was normally a 2 hour drive but traffic and construction made it 3 and a half. I get there I check it out and it's exactly what he wanted but when we go to sign paper work they turned me away because I do not have ca license just yet. I specifically asked in the beginning and they said no just needed a licensed driver to drive it off the lot. Unbelievable wasted most of my day and crushed my sons little heart he was so excited. They fed me some crap that the person financing the loan had to be licensed how does that even make sense. Pretty sure parent by cars for their kids all the time and I can not be the only parent temporarily without a license. They were rude pushy and not professional I would steer clear of this plac
