Communication was great, I contacted them to inquire about an out of state purchase and shipping proceedures. Shipping quote seemed a bit high but still competative the minute that I advised that I already made my financing arrangments and needed a buyers order to provide to my bank things got complicated and I moved on the tthe next dealer locally.

Selma was great! She contacted me immediately and was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle I scoured everywhere for! We set up a date when I can come see it and she had it all ready for me! When it was time to finance it she was very helpful in getting me the best monthly rate! The only issue we had was waiting on the title so I can leave with it. But if you want what you want you gotta be patient. Fortunately it only took 2 days for it! Communication was great and she set up everything, so when I came back out I could leave! Thank you Selma and Balkan motors! I will surely be doing business with them again!

I contacted them about a truck I wanted to see and asked if it was still available and was told it was. We then scheduled an appointment for the next day for me to look at the truck and go for a test drive. This was an hour drive for me so to be sure, before I left for my appointment, I called to confirm the truck was still available and was again told that it was. I drove the hour there and when I arrived I was told by the salesman that it had sold already many hours before my appointment even at a different location then where my appointment was. The truck was literally not even at the dealership they told me to come to. The salesman that we delt with was extremely rude and not professional at all. Clearly he felt we were wasting his time. He even made a derogatory comment about my wife's intelligence when she walked away. I could not recommend going to this dealership.
