James was great. Couldn't agree on a price.

Took more than 1 day to reply. Very frustrating experience. This dealership (Step One Subaru of Ft Walton Beach) charges a $995 "processing fee" and another mysterious $1000 "government fee" above and beyond the required sales tax. I would not recommend doing business with them. I was disappointed with the excessive unnecessary fees they charge.

Did the deal in one afternoon and love the z71. Great follow-up and went the extra mile to make sure I got the owner’s manual and second key and delivered it to my home when it was not in the SUV.

Awful, dishonest dealership---not to mention overpriced for the used cars they were trying to sell. I live over 30 minutes away and scheduled an appointment to test drive a BMW. 10 minutes before my appointment time (I was almost to the dealership) I received a text message saying they found something wrong that needed to be fixed. I still showed up and spoke with a salesman, but not knowing I received the text the salesman told me it was just going through their inspection and was not quite ready. He tried to push a couple other overpriced, used cars with several issues that apparently they had no intention on fixing before they sold them (severe engine knocking on one; and I suspected worn engine mounts on the other). They weren't even cleaned up and I did not even waste my time test driving them. The next day the salesman called and said the BMW was ready for a test drive, so I rearranged my work schedule to test drive again. Long story short, the car was still being fixed.
