Chrysler dealerships near me (New Britain, CT)

I was very pleased with my experience over the phone unfortunately the deal that I was trying to accomplish for my friend got kind of screwed up but I don't think that was any part of the dealership's fault I would do business with them again in the future

Car could not be removed from lot due to possible driving liabilities. Fair regarding status of car , and friendly. Car was not in good enough condition to take a chance on it.

I emailed the dealer for information on a truck. Other than the automated email saying someone would contact me I never heard from them. I then called and was told the salesperson who could help me was busy and they would call me back. They never did. I then called again the next day and spoke to a salesman named Anthony. He stated he would send me additional pictures of the truck and after he looked at it he would contact me. Now a week later and nothing. They are a very unprofessional dealership and I wouldn’t advise giving them your business.

Very good. The sales representative, Kareem, was very helpful, answered all my questions, too include trailer brake controller, that I needed. Bought a great truck at a reasonable price, Thanks… Steve
