Honestly my sales guy was cool but I’m just disappointed how we set up an appointment to check the car out and I drove 2 almost 3 hours to get the car only to be told it was sold right before I got there.

Guys were great to deal with. Jason did a great job as a salesman and made the truck buying process a lot easier than it has been for me in the past.

Andy is excellent salesman, very helpful, courteous , help me with vehicle information, but prices little , I'm still searching at this time , thank Bay Way For representative like Andy ,

They did their best to accommodate me. It was on me that my schedule got in the way of my making it too the dealer. I have no problem trying them out in the future.

- A supreme lack of communication overall, especially the onset of trying to sell a vehicle. - A complete misunderstanding of the numbers and no explanation for how the salesman arrived to an out the door price. - The questionable sales tactics, admitted verbatim from a Southfork CDJR sales representative, "I'll level with ya, that internet price is how we get people in the door, the add on's are where we make our money." - After taking pictures, misleading information on the vehicles paint condition (didn't know until the true condition of the paint until day of sale) (Got me in the door) - No loaner, accommodations, or help offered for a self admitted Dealer's mistake - To buy the truck at the internet price, a manager said ("take it or leave it") to purchase the $1700 paint and front window tint package on an almost BRAND NEW truck. I expected the truck to look as such upon delivery, it wasn't. - "NO BULL PRICING, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY", that didn’t happen.
