I appreciate that they weren’t pushy at all- they let us take our time looking at it, driving and talking about it. And then when I said I wanted to think about it, they didn’t pressure me to buy it right then.

Awful experience. They are pushy and they add extras onto the vehicle price but they don’t tell you that. They also marked the vehicle down during the process of my trying to buy it they showed a lower price online but never offered the lower price to me. No matter what kind of down payment I offered the cost of the vehicle didn’t budge which is not how down payments work.

The experience at Johnson was very enjoyable

The jeep needed tires really bad. I didn’t even make it home to Windsor before I had to replace them. They were so unsafe we couldn’t drive any faster than 55 without it bouncing all over. There was obviously no used car inspection done on the car. It needed serviced and had recalls when they told us there were none. It was pretty rough.

Amazing experience. This was our second time purchasing through this dealership and both times, it has been an outstanding customer service experience. Highly recommended!!
