I live far from the dealership. I talked with Shane the salesman and asked him to be sure about the Chrysler 300, because earlier they had another Chrysler 300 that had to go to auction. He checked his computer and said where good to go. I left home right away and called my wife if she can get off of work early! She was able to. When arriving at the dealership, I signed in and waited for Shane. He came to front we meet and he said I just got to get some paperwork and I'll bring the car up front. I was feeling very excited! When he returns and says, the car is something, meaning it is going to AUCTION! I responded, are you kidding me! I specifically asked you to be sure and you said yes, were good to go. I explained that when I give my word! That's what it is, or I make it right!!! He said I can give you water or something. I said, "I had to pull my wife from work! I reminded him that I hate driving to Denver because of the traffic!!! And the distance and time! No gas or time reimburse

Weren’t too interested in working with my financing arrangement. Several days later I discovered the price had dropped $700; they didn’t bother to contact me. Several days after that someone bought it; they didn’t bother to contact me for a counter offer. It was like after I left the building the first time they just wrote me off. I was unimpressed.

Found car to be 'as advertised' and Jesus Tarin to be very personable,knowledgeable, and a good listener. The show room and facilities were very clean and all employees we encountered were eager to help with any questions we had. Patrick was very attentive and communicated answering all of my questions. Even though we were not able to come to an agreement over pricing and no transaction took place, the customer service provided was much better than anticipated. He even brought the vehicle down from Denver to colorado springs so my mechanic could inspect it and i could do a test drive. all in all a good experience. As a side note, I dislike the no haggle pricing policy, it essentially neuters the sales team and the ability to close a deal.

Sales rep was not very prepared when I arrived even though he knew when I would arrive at dealership. When issues arose about some body damage do to hail he was disinterested in any solution I had to demand to se general manager who did handle the issue well

Car was trashed even though appointment scheduled in advance. When not interested received a nasty email from salesman. Will never use them nor recommend to anyone. Wouldn't even give them the one star

Worst automation, using pink plate as a disguise. The dealer Nathan was very angry when dealing, he tried to trick me with APR rates and other unnecessary charges. They definitely have hidden charges. Don't buy with their bank, please go with approval from your own BANK.

I was contacted very quickly by both the internet manager and his manager, both offering any assistance I needed without pressure. I ended up deciding on a different vehicle than the one they had so never went to test drive.

They got back to me right away, scheduled a visit to the dealership, I was on time, it took the salesman teen minutes to get to the showroom, hr was not prepared to show me the vehicle I came to see, then took another hour plus to show one vehicle and work up numbers on my trade in...wasted incredible amounts of time doing apparently nothing.
