Shawn followed up quickly on my inquiry. Excellent communication the entire time. We drove almost three hours and the vehicle was ready and waiting at the front of the store for our arrival. After a test drive, Shawn fairly addressed every concern we had regarding the vehicle. Paperwork was prepared while we grabbed lunch, then the rest of the transaction was smooth sailing. Overall, a great experience dealing with this smaller family run dealership.

They overestimated their ability to do online sales. Wasted my time and lost their amicability when I made a mistake on the paperwork. Canceled the sale. Is holding my $1,000 deposit hostage until I return paperwork with my signature on it and full credit card information on it. I’m in the process of dealing with their parent company. I try to be nice and friendly, so perhaps they perceive that as weakness. I’m giving 3 stars because others have had positive experiences, so I hope their professionalism can be addressed, and this can be a learning experience.
