Worked with Chris Block for a week on coming in to see a specific truck they had for sale. On Friday morning he contacted me twice to make sure I was coming in to look at it. When my wife and I made the hour and a half drive to the dealer we were greeted by Chris who said another salesman will be helping us. That salesman sat down with us took our info then left to get the keys. He came back twenty minutes later and said sorry we sold the truck two days ago.!!! Chris block didn't even have the nerve to come out and apologize to us. I will never do business with such a shoddy organization that does not care about the customer.

Don’t believe the price listed. What they don’t tell you until you ask for a written break down of the price sheet, is they charge 1,397.00 to the price for an extended 7 year appearance protection package and 3 year tire protection. It comes standard on all new cars. But they won’t tell you until you ask for the break down. There is a reason the listed prices are the best around. It’s click bait to get you to contact them.

The day before I was to take delivery of the vehicle, their own service manager got into an accident with the car. They paid for the body work repairs obviously (under the table) & promised me this accident would not appear on the cars history, but since they would only reduce the price $200, I backed out of the deal. The car was already ~$2,000 over priced. After this, the car changed from “pending” to “available” again. And I noticed they did NOT disclose this accident!!!! So if you are the one who ended up purchasing the white Audi A3 cabriolet - just know they are lying to you & the car has been in an accident. They also probably didn’t disclose that the top was malfunctioning and wouldn’t go down. And the advertisement listed features the car didn’t have. There’s more, but I’m out of space
