Bought my car here and this is the car that i purchased. They were very patient and multiple test drives. They got great rates from Capital one because of our credit. Only 4 stars as there were things that were unforeseen. 1. Only 1 key but they will sell me a key from another dealership which is affiliated with them at cost. A+ 2. They will get me the Charging Cable from BMW. Took 1 business day only and it's ready today. Quick response to request. A+ 3. There is a chip on the side that they will patch. But the guy is on vacation and I understand that and we discuss to do this next week. A+ 4. Sales person was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about the product. A+ 5. There was was no plastic to put my registration paper on the front windshield. I've purchased multiple cars and they normally have it and this is why I gave the 4 starts. But everything else was amazing.

Great and excellent customer service

Do not buy a car from here, they are trying to scam people into buying cars with major mechanical issues, came to test drive a 2019 chevy equinox and the car went into limp mode and threw the check engine light 5 mins down the road. Car is still for sale and they are telling you it's in excellent condition. Don't waste your time, they lie and will try to rip you off. Avoid this dealership!!

Dealer called several times. I purchased another car.

Inquired a week earlier and got no response. Reached out a 2nd time about a used car and asked for the best price. What I got was an inflated quote that included dealer extras like paint protection, a GPS system, and door edge guards for an extra $2500. And they indicated that the advertised price on Car Gurus was after a "rebate" of $4500, and would be collecting sales tax on this supposed "used car rebate". I wanted to buy a car, they literally played games. I'd steer clear.
