communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.

The price they advertise on their website is not the actual price. They add in a WC Care Protection Plan that's "mandatory" at a cost of $2,850 when you get to the offer process. To me, this is false advertising. Would not recommend this dealership.

Gave credit card to hold vehicle. Immediately drove 1.5hrs to see and hopefully purchase vehicle. Saleswoman called when I was 15minutes away saying “whoops, another salesperson also had a hold on the car and it’s now sold. “. Love it when the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and YOU end up the loser.

Amazing services and excellent experience. We were treated with professionalism and we had an amazing seller.
