I reached out to this dealership about this specific car and got a quick response and they worked with me to get all the information/photos I needed. They were super friendly and patient. I ended up going with a different dealership just because they had a color I wanted more, but I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh Kia to anybody looking.

Great communication and very timely with answering questions or seeking information

Bait and switch. We spoke with the dealer before committing to making the 1 hour and 15 min drive that we could not afford over $30,000 final price. They assured as that they could work with that price. Here is the direct quote via text, "The numbers are the least of my worries, you liking the vehicle is the most important thing at the moment. Make sure you love the vehicle and I'll make sure the numbers are affordable for you. With today being the last few days of the month, obviously we have a quota to hit. So we are doing everything we can to hit that." Once we arrived, they said they couldn't budge on price. The sales guy agreed it was wrong and he said, "He was livid". I asked to speak to the GM to inform him of this practice within his dealership, but was sat with the GSM, Fernando Gordinho, who introduced himself as Freddie. He refused to acknowledge that anything wrong was done and to my surprise said, "How else are we going to get people in the door." I couldn't believe it
