I asked about putting a deposit down, they, both the sales rep and finance guy both told me an approved credit app on the vehicle would hold it. I live in IL so we were working out remote signing, they said they have a notary service, identity verification was completed with them and were working on a date for the signing (I have all the emails to show this), today 3-26 I get a call from the dealership telling me they sold the truck. I asked on more than one call if I needed to put a cash deposit down, and was told no, the active app would hold the truck. Would never work with such such liars
