communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.

I inquired and asked specifically if the vehicle had any damage and was sent a video pointing out one small ding on the back left side. I specifically asked if there was any odors specifically cigarette smoke and told there were no smells. We made the hour drive to make the purchase after agreeing upon the terms. When the vehicle was pulled around it had very obvious damage all around including a front fender piece that was sticking out and appeared to have been glued down. We were going to test drive just to see if the damage could be negotiated and the smell of smoke was so overwhelming I had to get out. This dealership will lie to you just to get you in. A complete waste of my time as well as vehicle mileage and gas.

Dante was an absolute pro. Wesley Chapel Chevrolet was the best car buying experience i have had by far. The salesman, told me the price, what my payments would be... and there was no BS. It was exactly what he said it would be, no back and forth with the sales manager. Just a clean cut deal. They did have an issue with the truck i was initially gonna buy, but they had a nearly identical truck on the lot and they swapped it out for me no hassle. The finance team was great, the price was transparent. I would happily drive 2 hours to this dealership in the future to work with the team again.

Gave credit card to hold vehicle. Immediately drove 1.5hrs to see and hopefully purchase vehicle. Saleswoman called when I was 15minutes away saying “whoops, another salesperson also had a hold on the car and it’s now sold. “. Love it when the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and YOU end up the loser.
