Engine light came on less then 24 hours after buying it. Oil leaking from under truck have not found out where yet.

I haven't made any final purchases as of yet. I'll still need to finish the process..

Jesse was great. I came in with my eye on a certain vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the operation of certain features that I was completely unaware of. Most used car dealerships pressure people into something they do not want or need. Jesse didn't make the purchase awkward at all. He was avail for any questions and had a very pleasant demeanor. Once the decision to move forward with the purchase, things seemed to slow down. It wasn't any one person in particular, I believe it was just the processes that are currently in place. In previously worked as a consultant implementing company efficiencies to for Six Sigma certifications. Hertz may want to standardize processes for the sales, finance, and vehicle maintenance/upkeep. Who does what all the way through completion of their assigned responsibilities. Rule of 3; 1/3 of the time planning by superiors; followed by 2/3 of time subordinates implent the plan. It's easier to deal with issues when you have the time. Murphy's Law.

Did the entire deal over the phone , Derrick was very easy to deal with , the truck was nicer than I imagined , they negotiated fairly , very good dealership
