Chevrolet dealerships near me (Canton, OH)

Told them I was in route for. Hour drive called while in the car. No mentioned of car in the process of being sold. Sales person I spoke with and had an appointment with wasn’t there once I arrived. Horrible service.

Great commitment but once the transaction was completed I had a few questions that never were answered. I used their text communication to submit my concerns.

Sent away for info on a car. Looking to get estimates on monthly payment and terms. Every other dealership was able to provide this but this dealership wouldn't. They wanted us to come in person. Im not driving over 90 mins not knowing even a round about number. Very bad communication

they keep sending me emails on my purchase of the vehicle that they sold to someone else after I had a purchase conformation number and email and they took a month to tell me that they sold it to someone else. I just got another email asking about my purchase again

Poor communication from internet sales specialist. Inquired and agreed on a day to test drive but never heard back from dealership after being told vehicle was being serviced. A whole week later still nothing. Long story short they lost a customer.

Good people they even fixed the dents
