Went to look at several cars on thursday.they went out of their way to help us on a very busy night.great salesperson. Came to our decision and drove a beautiful Suburb Outback home on Saturday. No complaints about the experience at all. It was worth the drive .

I'm not happy the car they sold me having problems already i haven't even had it for a month yet it's still have 30 day tags on it and it's in the shop just got it out the shop now theirs something wrong with it again so I got to take it back to the shop I haven't even made my first payment yet I'm not happy with the 2016 camaro they sold me there something wrong with the paint touch up they did it looks bad they said they are going to take care of it but I hope they do the job right

I got a very quick response back from Kira. She has been great. We have talked several times. Right after I contacted her I got very sick and have been unable to make it to the dealership. She has been very understanding and not pushy at all. Hopefully they will still have the SUV I'm interested in when I can make it there. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Kira

This was an excellent car buying experience. The salesperson, Kira, who contacted us after our inquiry was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. My wife and I have been looking for a used Van for our side business for a while and found a right one at Huebner. We drove 2.5 hours to Carrollton but are happy to made the trip. Nick R. was really nice person and went out of his way to help us with the purchase.

Huebner Chevrolet did what all businesses truly invested in great customer service do: they contacted me even though I had forgotten to check back in with them regarding the vehicle I was seeking. Even when I responded that the distance from my home would make it quite difficult (if not improbable) that I could get in for a test drive, the agent offered to speak with me regarding other options. Ultimately, though I have since decided t pursue other options closer to my home, I have nothing but praise for the attention and professional persistence shown by the agents there at Huebner.

Arranged test drive, husband arranged his schedule to accompany me. Dealer loaned car out, even though we had appointment to travel several hours round trip to dealership. Poor and thoughless treatment by Huebner.

It was Terrible I drove 2 hours and bought a 2005 GMC Envoy off them I was driving it home about 40 miles into it the engine blows up and I pulled over popped the hood and a little fire started good thing I caught it in time. They sold it to me with no oil in it they said it did have oil in it well guess not since the thing blew up who in the hell sells a car with no oil in it. Got my money back and my old car that I traded it in for back. Never going to deal with them ever again I'm just going to stick with the car dealerships that are in my own neck of the woods.

They were nice enough. Otherwise, I'd have given them a one. The car we were interested in was not what Huebner Chevrolet had advertised it to be. They then said that they would offer us the car at $100 below what they had in it. I didn't realize that they were a non-profit organization. They bought it at an auto auction and, if they paid $8,200 for it, they need to bone up on buying tactics. Maybe they are a non-profit.

Good overall experience. Good prices on the vehicle. It would have been nice and made the experience great if they were able to include some extras in the purchase. They do not budge on the prices and advertise with all incentives / rebates already applied which makes you think that is the price you will receive, but if you do not qualify for the rebate (farm bureau member, lease a gm, lease a non-gm, etc) then you pay a higher price.

I drove from East Canton Ohio to Carrollton only to find out they just closed. Me and my friend seen 3 different men outside. One was helping a couple and never said a word. Finally another man asked if he could help, and let me know they just closed. I told him I was emailing a sales man about a car, and he told me who he was and that he would go get him. I stood outside waiting for him or the other salesman to come back. They took to long so I left. I will never come there again or look to buy any of there vehicles. You lost a good customer.
