Buick dealerships near me (Williamsport, PA)

I specifically asked the dealer if there was any rust issues as I am over an hour away. I was told they wouldn't even have it on the lot if there was any issues, only to make the drive and find out both sides of the box had holes rusted in the wheel wells. Lied to me and wasted my time and fuel to drive there.
