BMW dealerships near me (Baltimore, MD)

It was great!

Outstanding process from beginning to end!!! Great experience!!!

Hard to find car, surprised to find an 11 year old car at a dealership. It's condition was as described, the process was fairly painless and the staff was wonderful.

Was very much interested in car but at 80k, clearly overpriced. When I tried to get movement, Andrew insisted price consistent with market. I found veh in VA 3k less and with longer warranty, lesser miles and much more options. I was, however, invited to make an offer.

I inquired on line and received a prompt response which included a walk around video. Last week I called and emailed the dealership to see if the cars were still available. 5 days later I am still awaiting a response to my call and email. You can see why I rated the dealership in the way that I did.

Vehicle was as described. Appointment time was set and I was greeted upon walk-in. Made a trade in as well and bought the vehicle. Salesman was friendly and communicative.

Very good

Overall a good experience however when I was rrady yo purchase a car found out that it has a recall. I feel like this could have been checked prior to my appointment so I didnt drive an hour and a half..

The staff was outstanding and got us in and out in reasonable time. Get knowledgeable and we would recommend.
