I was very pleased with the service provided. The car is still under consideration as I'm still looking for a car with other specific options, but a good experience from this dealership.

Could not get a straight price or lease terms from these clowns, total waste of time. Typical car dealer song and dance with interns responding to emails and not even knowing the products they are selling. This car was a “BMW M3 340” to them. A total joke!!

Very rude, and honest dealer i made my offer and he accepted so fast without any argument, so i ask him to send me the out of the door price and he never sent it i kept asking him so many times and he never responded to that he sent my that he got a better offer and it’s not for sale anymore so guys BE AWARE of this “dealer”

A representative from the dealership contacted me and I test drove the vehicle. We were then exposed to a high pressure sales pitch to make a decision to take the car that day. We walked away. However; I have since been contacted by the sales person to let him know if he can be of assistance as I continue to shop for a vehicle.

The dealer advertises a price and mileage - then when you are 99% done with the deal you will find out the mileage is more than double what’s listed. Then its a condescending “if you don’t see the value, thanks for your interest” it’s clear they don’t value a customer who is spending over $50K on a car.

I will NEVER use another dealer again. These people are rock stars! The sales associate, Harold, and the sales manager, Anthony could not have been better or easier to work with in this acquisition. They are the epitome of customer service, when it seems to be lacking at nearly every other BMW dealership. They aggressively price their vehicles for sale and are committed to their customers to provide the best possible experience to place them in the best possible vehicle for them. The finance manager, Hassan, was extremely helpful in both monetary transparency as well as recommendations of add on services that are essential. Bravo team. You guys crushed it.

BMW of Catonsville is a great company with marvelous team. They did wonderfully by speeding up my transaction. I contacted them on 04/15/19 for the car listed on Cargurus site and signified my interest in the car. immediately, they sent me all necessary links for application immediately and when I filled and submitted the forms, they invited me to their office. By 04/17/19, when I set to go to their office,i was thinking i was only going to see/inspect the car. so i drove down. I inspected the car. Very neat and as advertised on the sale site. The staff are so helpful, friendly and cautions with high sense of hospitality. I was at peace in their office as they were asking if they should make me coffee or serve me juice. As the staff got to work.I was thinking the transaction would take up to 2 days but was done within 2 hours. They exceeded my expectation and I was like dreaming. They made my dream come true. I will always recommend families and friend to them anytime and any day

Worked w/ Shaun who called within the 1st few hours of me requesting more info on the car. I didn’t have a ride to the dealership so he picked me up. He was easy to work with & very polite. He made sure I was OK, but I honestly wasn’t there long enough to need anything beside my new car’s keys. Made buying my 428i a breeze. I spent about 3 hours there tops.

Our Salesman, Harold Blackwell, is terrific. He called immediately and answered all of my questions. I drive out the samw day and bought the car. I would definitely recommend Harold. He is helpful and friendly. No hard sell.

Dealer was not great. Went to see the vehicle which was not clean (still had ashes in the ashtray) and stunk like smoke. After a full week, they called me and said it was clean. Drove back (over an hour from my house) and it still smelled, salesman didn't know if air filter had been changed, and they wanted me to come back again after they did more to it. I would not buy a car there.

Very good so far... I did purchase the vehicle. Still waiting on. Some documentation requests I had for my personal records ( i.e., Carfax report maintenance records) yet I've found conventional dealerships tend to be less responsive after the purchase. Considering I was paying essentially in cash, I wanted to do a ACH compatible funds transfer yet the dealership seemed to prefer a check. A very nice BMW facility clean and responsive during the purchase process. I was unable to hold the vehicle with a deposit ... Added inconvenience to me, but I received a very good market price for a great vehicle. Accurate description of vehicle.... Yes.

Verbal purchase did not hold for 5 hours. Sales person and I made a verbal deal to pick up the car and make a final payment when the sales manager, Anthony sold the car to another person as I was going to the bank. I told the manager I would be there in a few hours but money talks. Rotten customer service!!!!

Dealer was adding incentives already without specifically writing that info in their ad. I guess dealers do this in order to get to the top of the list “great deal” and then tell you that every possible incentive is already included that you may not even qualify for.

The salesman who originally answered the call was fine. But I made an offer on one of their used vehicles and received a call back from a "higher up". (I think it may have been the sales mgr or someone in finance). Anyhow, the guy was a condescending jerk. I asked a simple question expecting a simple strait forward answer, and got anything but that. Would never do business with that dealership. My brother who lives a mile from this place was in the market for a new BMW - I steered him elsewhere.

Sam Choi was very thorough. He found the exact car I was looking for at auction. Sam was very attentive and helpful. He even took me to Car Max to get a better offer on my old car. Dane did a great job of working out the financing details. Everyone at the dealership was helpful. It was a very positive experience.
