I was assisted by Trell Canton, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided excellent service. He clearly explained the condition and advantages of the 2022 model, which made the experience smooth and informative. Pros: * Great customer service from the salesperson * Strong knowledge of the vehicle Cons: * I received a call from another representative at the dealership. I prefer to work with one point of contact throughout the process. I would only expect to speak with others if it’s necessary to finalize the deal.

While my salesperson Andrew and finance manager Alex were helpful, overall this was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had in nearly 50 years. I purchased this 2019 Toyota Yaris and began noticing problems almost immediately. We left for a previously planned trip shortly afterward, and when we returned, I took the vehicle to Heritage Toyota for my required Maryland inspection. The vehicle FAILED inspection and required repairs. I returned to Koons within three weeks of purchasing it and asked to return the vehicle, but they would not refund my $4,000 down payment. I ultimately had to trade the Yaris and lost thousands of dollars in the process. Beyond the financial loss, this ordeal cost me countless hours dealing with inspections, repairs, trips back to the dealership (which was an hour away from my home), and ultimately replacing a vehicle I had owned for less than a month. I would not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership ever again.
