The dealer wasn't willing to fix minor damage to an inside door panel. It wouldn't have been expensive to do so. There are shops that specialize in these types of repairs. I was ready to purchase the SUV, and told the salesmen to get an estimate for the repair and take it off the asking price for the vehicle. I sent an email a day later to get an update, and was told the SUV had sold. I didn't like how the dealer handled this. They could have let me know another party was interested in the vehicle before they sold it. Obviously they had no intention of fixing the panel and should have said so.

Friendly. Not as proactive in keeping acquainted. New salesman.

There was someone else looking at the VRBO Al when I showed up for my scheduled appointment. Also, the salesman that I was scheduled to meet was with another customer and passed me off to another salesman.

Very impressed with the sales person test drive was good came very close to purchasing this backed out because they wouldn't disclose the monthly payments to me I called three times each time I got ahold of a different salesman but same answer I would do business with them absolutely in the future

Quick reply, but car overpriced based on KBB and 3 accidents to 3 different areas. Read Carfax carefully.
