Very friendly, not pushy or trying to upsell you a million things. Genuinely tried and succeeded in getting me the lowest possible interest rate and never made me feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable.

One of my better experiences buying a used car from a dealer. My sale guy was great, they gave me a fair amount on my trade and a reasonable rate on my car loan.

I fell in love with this red Civic, but my wife demanded a more practical car, so we switched to CR-V. The guys were polite and glad to answer my questions.

Please save yourself time and don’t go to this dealership for used car purchase. They are unprofessional and not transparent with pricing. They advise one price and payment options and will try to lure you in to buying various additional peace’s that are not negotiable here while those are optional everywhere else. In addition, their CarFax reports aren’t correct and are misleading those that don’t know much about the cars. Therefore, if you go to look at the car at this dealership anyways, please bring along someone whom you trust to inspect the car there and validate the items they claim as repaired/replaced and start with Tires DOT reading as simplest thing which you can educate yourself on how to read/validate. I am grateful to my friend who educated me on some of the things that we identified and called out for the dealership while there which they acknowledged and promised to fix if we bought the car they quoted almost $10K over the listing price.

Dealer had the vehicle in stock. All vehicles sold for our estate delivery had to speak to the outer state department out of state department. It was virtually impossible to reach someone in the out of state department. The prices were competitive. We’re unable to get a firm quote from anyone at the dealership for an vehicle being shipped out of state.
