I had an appointment with Sean to drive from Michigan to Illinois to take a look at the vehicle test drive and make an offer. Without any further communication he sold it out from underneath me - SHADY!! He is why used car sales personnel have the reputation they do

Dealership responded promptly, however, due to distance and calendar restrictions on my end I was not able to visit. Also, still undecided on vehicle, as I am assisting my son in Colorado.

They added in a bunch of backend dealership add ons that they don't advertise in the price on Cargurus like a GPS tracker or some kind of upholstery warranty thing. We couldn't agree on a price so I walked out and thanked them for their time. As I was walking out my salesman gave a sarcastic comment about my offer saying that if I could find a Miata for that price let them know, they'll buy 2! Also I didn't even get to test drive the car because the battery was dead. They put a new battery in but the car was sitting on the lot for so long I think the computer went into sleep mode and the techs took awhile to look at it to figure out how to get it going. Sat there about 45min waiting to test drive it but nothing. I took a look at it in the shop section and pointed out that there was a scratch in the bumper. The salesman tried to play it off like it was only a $50 to $100 repair. So they wanted me to pay top dollar for a damaged product that I couldn't even test drive!

KD motors are very professional. They reply asap, they always follow up if needed. Mike, Ozzie and Noni (I think) are very personal.The car was clean and ready. They take time to talk to you, answer all the questions you have. If they do not have what you like, they will find you the car that fits you. Very knowledgeable. They took care of everything, we did not have to lift a finger. They even install the plates for us. We needed a new key fob, they took care of that too. The guys are amazing. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Very honest and professional.
