Acura dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

This was a very easy process. The staff was responsive and easy to deal with. I was buying the car for someone else and did the entire process remotely. They were very accommodating. We negotiated a fair price with little no drama (like dealers are known for).

Employees at the dealership were very friendly and respectful.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

Bait and switch shop. They'll advertise low prices that they have no intention using. It took talking to 5 people to get a lease price that was nowhere near what it would be if they used the advertised price.

Added an extra 2000 fee that was not removable

Very friendly, not pushy or trying to upsell you a million things. Genuinely tried and succeeded in getting me the lowest possible interest rate and never made me feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable.

Car needed body work we agreed that when the car be back from body shop I will come get it got called from my sales person Hector that somebody has bought it already. Big disappointment

This dealership has deceptive pricing practices. Look at other reviews. I wish I would have done so before spending my time here. They add aeveral thousand dollars onto their online pricing of thier certified preowned vehicles. I bought at another Chicago area Acura dealer and did NOT have to pay this fee that Advantage stated that "most dealers add on this fee". Stay away from this dealer.
