Genesis G70 seat easy access does not seem to work.

I have my driver's seat easy access set to extended which should move the
seat back when I shut the car off to exit the car.  Unfortunately nothing
happens.

Is it still under warranty? If so take it to have warranty work done. If no warranty then find a good shop and have it checked.
