Toyota Camry hybrid 2012 temperature problem

Asked by Compass_14496 Mar 15, 2017 at 03:44 PM about the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When you press the Auto Heat button sometimes it works and sometimes it
does not.  When it does not the green light on the Auto button goes off, the
outlet display changes to just the feet and the fan speed display goes to 1.
Any idea what the symptom could be?

Have you consulted the Owner's Manual ...just to make sure we are operating this system properly? Any warning lights on or flashing?

Sounds like the system is going into ..default.. mode. Might require a Factory Scan Tool for diagnosis. Do you have a local Auto Parts Store who will scan codes for FREE?
