Cargurus IMV changes on same vehicle advertised

Why does the Cargurs IMV amount go up on the same vehicle?  Nissan Rogue
had an IMV of $235 above with a FAIR rating over the weekend and now has
an under IMV of $1225 with a GOOD rating.  How does this happen?

The IMV is only a comparison to other similar cars for sale. If less expensive cars come up for sale the IMV will go down.
