hello do I pay $895 lien fee and #1051 for bank fee
(this fee is  not the interest)

Well lien fee means they're doing the title work for you, not sure if that includes the document fee or not. Those fees vary widely from state to state. The bank fee is a new one for me, I would ask about that. Sounds like this is a subprime loan ....
