How to finalize sale?

Someone made me an offer on y car. I accepted the
offer, I brief my license and address but I hv not
heard back from the buyer. What are my options at
this point to finalize the sale?

Until the buyer shows up with the money, you really don't have a deal. Three parts of a contract: Offer, Acceptance, Consideration (Cash). You only have two.
