Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a 93 Isuzu that will not turn
over. Got it to start runs a while then
it will die cannot crank again. New
battery. I've replaced the distributor
cap and rotor. Replaced the fuel filter
too. New plugs and wires. Thinking it
might be the carb or bad gas. I've
also replaced the timing belt in the
last month. Help scratching my head
on this one

If it won't crank then you have either a main power or main ground that is not there, check all of you cables, make sure they are clean and tight, then check your ground straps from engine to frame and frame to body, if all the grounds check then start working on the power supply wiring.

Dig out your test light, ohm meter, wire brush and start checking, cleaning and tightening as you go, it really sounds like a bad ground.

Turned out to be some gas. Threw some STP and was good to go.
