you have a leak in either the throttle body (or fuel rail depending on which it has) will need to be taken apart, cleaned, and may need new gaskets to reseal the system. The fuel is under pressure awaiting to be injected into the intake by either a fuel rail to port injectors or through the injectors in the throttle body. like anything under pressure, if there is a leak, it will spout through the leak/breach. simply need to see where the leak is coming from.
