front sags on drivers front left side

the front lefthand side of my truck is 3" lower than the right what gives?
wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

This is a symptom of a broken spring coil. Look for a sharp edge on one of the spring coils. Then count the number of coils on the opposite side and compare
