My a/c and heat is not blowing out at all.  No air
whatsoever. 2016 Ford fusion. How do I check to
see if the blower motor is bad?

Note the diagram for blower motor, you can check the two fuses. You see the two wires at blower motor connector, one should be voltage, the other should be ground. You should be able to use both ends of test light between those two terminals, hvac turned on, if the lite comes on, you got voltage and ground for the blower motor. You realize the test lite doesn't put much load on the system. No older than the vehicle, I wouldn't think the blower motor is already out? I guess it's possible? If good voltage and ground then I usually suspect the component. There might be codes set for the hvac system, but, my database wouldn't be much help.

Thank you so much for the help!! I unscrewed the motor, pulled it out and turned on the air, it started blowing fine, like normal. Odd right? Even looked clean inside nothing out of the ordinary.

Any motor that has brushes, if the brushes get bad, the motor may run intermittently? Well, maybe what ever you did fix it. good luck
