Abs, traction control, low tire light   outside temp control is not correct,  and now low beam headlights

Sounds like you have multiple issues? Did they just crop up or have you been remiss on taking care of them? ABS /Traction light could very well be a wheel sensor/tone ring issue. Outside temp control might be the sensor. Low beams? Switch or wiring. Best to get the codes scanned so you know which wheel sensor is the issue.
