Have you tried some penetrating oil around it and let it soak, a while. How about using a rubber hammer and banging on the pump? Don't damage the housing. In the past, I had a tire and rim that wouldn't come off vehicle after removing the lug nuts. I tried a pry bar on the rim, no luck. Used a rubber hammer and beat the devil out of tire all the way around the rim, my arm was giving out, the rim finally came loose. Another thought, you might use a drill, Either drill holes around the pump or you can get a grinding rock bit for the drill and grind on the pump, just don't damage the housing. even if you take pump out in pieces, it doesn't matter, right? good luck

you might try 4# hammer and chisel on the pump? Don't damage the housing.
