SPARK PLUGS

They should last for 100K, what are your symptoms and why are you replacing them so early?

Are you using Iridium plugs? If you can post a photo of an old plug.

Something else is going on with the engine and the spark plugs are being fouled out! Look at the tips of the spark plugs, the ends that are in the engine. Dry black fluffy deposits are an overly rich air to fuel mixture. White tips are an overly lean air to fuel mixture. Black wet oily deposits are worn engine components (rings, valves, valve guide seals). Red deposits are lead contaminated fuel. Clean wet tips are coolant in the cylinders (blown head gasket or bad intake manifold gaskets). Grey deposits are normal wear and the plugs are being replaced unnecessarily. Is your check engine light or service engine soon light on? If so what codes do you have? That'll help point us in the right direction! Hope that helps! Jim
