Can you trade in a car with a salvage title?

I have a Honda Insight with a Hybrid battery.  It is a 2010 I am wanting to use it
and a 1998 GMC Jimmy as trade in's. Plus some cash

It is up to the dealer. Some dealer will take it, others will not. You will have to ask the dealer you are working with.

ok I have a clear title on the Jimmy. But on the car it is a salvage title it is in my name and is payed for.

Between the two you won't get much. One is 21 years old and the other is a cobbled together wreck.
