Truck will not accelerate under a load.

More info, I've done a complete tune up cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. I checked injectors no cracks. After all this now it won't even start. Fuel pressure bleeds off now. It all started when I replaced my fuel pump.
