How many miles on the vehicle? Change the spark plugs yet? Scan for the OBDii trouble codes?

The car had a tune-up in May 2019 and since then I might have put 7,000 miles on it. I get my gas from Shell and I put in 93 octane, pulse once a month I add fuel cleaners and injectors cleaners.
