When I was trying to manually hook up my
Kenwood cd player some wires accidentally
touched nd I checked all my fuses nd they are all
good idk why it's not getting fire and somehow my
to front windows want work?????????????

Sounds like you popped a main, check the box under the hood fo a blown main fuse, they will be the large ones.

It's the large ones, but from your pic it looks like all of them are good, so have you checked all of the fuses on the inside fuse box? According to the diagram it should be number 5 fuse just for the radio, but you better check the others cause it is hard to say what was shorted out to shut down the other equipment. Don't forget to also check the circuit breakers to just cause they are breakers doesn't mean that they reset properly.

Breaker box?? Where exactly would that be located?? I just got this car Saturday...

It not a breaker box, there is another fuse box inside, there maybe an access door to it or just up under the dash on the drivers side, if there is a door it will have the word fuses on it if it is still factory. If no door the grab a flashlight and slide under the dash you will see it.
