i have a wrecked 05 p71 moto, trans. all good, i want to know what i would
have to do to put the motor and trans into a 2010 mustang that has a blown v6

Putting an older engine & drivetrain into a newer car is never a good idea, too many electronic incompatibilities.

It’s not going to work the way you want it too work. You need a stand alone engine and transmission control unit. Check out Holley for stand alone systems. Then you will have to separate out the main harness for the inputs and outputs for the gauge systems, also not an easy task, you will need a factory electronic diagram for both vehicles to make the comparison and rework. You have set yourself a very big and expensive project.
