99 interceptor that stutters at around 30-35 mph.

Ran like a top til I sprayed engine with detergent then hosed off. Have
disconnected every plug I can find and blew out in case of water issues. Also
removed and replaced spark plugs which were due anyway.Idles fine and all
kind of power but at low speed just stutters a bit. Car has only 103k. was as
smooth as a kitten before wash down..

You may need to replace some or all of the coils. Is the check engine light on?
