Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought the car it was sitting for 8
months. Went to the car wash and it was
leaking from what I believe the air vent by
the firewall on the passenger side. I had
about 5 inches of water on the floor. Is this
an easy fix or did I get got? Could this be an
easy pick n pull fix? Please help I like the

I would pop the hood and look around the top of the engine bay for debris, leaves, blockages, etc. Then look to see if there are any drain holes (there may not be any) that might be clogged and overflowing to places water isn't supposed to go. I don't know anything on the design there but it's worth a look.
