what motor oil should I use in my 1998 Crown Victoria

I have used Valvoline SYNPower 5W30 full synthetic for the past 10 years in my Crown Vic Police Interceptor which has 274,000+ miles.

I think most fully-synthetic oils are fine, I prefer Royal Purple or Redline in the stock weight
