Good buy?

I have the opportunity to buy a 2005 Subaru wrx
wagon with 125,xxx miles. The car is well
maintained with we transmission and differential
fluid aswell as radiated and coolant flush. It has
many extras such as Rota Tarmac 2 18x8 with
Dunlop Direzza
Stock WRX wheels with new snow tires
Gates Kevlar timing belt, water pump done at
98,XXX
New transmission and differential fluid, NGK plugs
Mishimoto Aluminum radiator and coolant flush
Cobb Accessport
SPT intake
Invidia up pipe and down pipe
Turbo XS muffler
Grimmspeed EBCS
Epic Engineering lowering springs and 22mm sway
bar
PIAA Xtreme white headlight and fog light bulbs
Rally tech mud flaps
New belts and Idler pulley
PCV valve replacement
New winter tires in January
Curt trailer hitch
And a tuner,
This deal is open too me for 9000, is it a good deal
and what should I look out for?

It doesn't sound like to bad of a deal Subaru's can run a lot of miles, but being that it's a wrx with all of those upgrades chances are all the miles on it are hard driven miles. It would be a gamble
