Gas in the oil

I am looking at a 1989 f150 with a 4.9 liter in line 6
fuel injected, it was ran out of gas and they tried to
pull start it , it has gas in the oil. What are my
options?

Gas in the oil is usually caused by a leaky fuel injector. This fuel will wash the oil off of the cylinder wall and in severe cases will score the piston and cylinder wall. Buyer beware.
